Listen to 4 or 5 other voice mails of people in your industry, and then listen to your own. Your voice mail is a reflection of your sales skills. Make SURE your voice mail is warm and inviting.Reeta Casey and Travis Nicolaysen’s are both great examples.
Your voice mail should include whyyou are away from your phone and what times you will return their call. BE ENTHUSIASTIC, WARM AND CLEAR!
If you have a team, be sure theirinformation is on the voice mail so they can be contacted if yourscheduleor immediate assistance is needed.
