Why do Some People Make a lot of Money and Others Don’t?

With 15 years in the Mortgage and Real Estate training business, that answer always boils down to 8 basic things:

  1. Is your effort right? 
  2. Do you talk to ten people every day? 
  3. Do you see five people every day face to face? 
  4. Do you track your talk to's and face to face meetings?
  5. Are you charming? 
  6. Do people remember you? 
  7. Do they like you? 
  8. Do you leave a lasting impression?

 

I have made a lot of money as a mortgage company owner, loan rep  and mortgage coach. It’s not hard to be successful, just have a plan and follow it.
